1. Are the items on your website available?

    Yes, all the items shown on the website are in stock and can be shipped right away (not for pre-orders!). We keep a large stock of a lot of different models.

2. How can we scroll the product images?

    Do not just scroll, but click and hold and than move down and up.

3. What are the shipping costs to my country?

    You'll find all the shipping costs on Shipping & Delivery.

4. How do Pre-orders work?

    When you place a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you. Once the item becomes available, we'll send it to you.

    When you order several items including pre-orders, you'll receive all the items together when the pre-order(s) become(s) available.

    If you'd like to receive the other items immediately, please make two separate orders, one for the pre-orer(s) and one for the other items. 

5. Can we pick-up our order at your warehouse?

    Yes that's is possible. In the checkout process you can select in the transport section 'Self-Pickup'. No transport charges will be counted and you can collect your order at our warehouse at B-1600 Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, Postweg 401.

    Please send us an e-mail to let us know when you would like to collect your order.
